If a woman wants to increase her fitness levels and start exercising while pregnant, she is advised to do so slowly with the help of a knowledgeable trainer as long as there is no risk to her or the foetus.
In this series of 3 Zoom workshops, learn how to teach Pilates safely and confidently to pregnant clients and new mums.
