    • Learn how to release tension from your neck, shoulders and face to improve your breathing.
    • Understand how your abdominals, pelvic floor muscles and diaphragm work together to improve your trunk stability, flexibility and how you breathe.
    • Learn why standing up straight and pulling your shoulders back may not improve your posture and may also make it harder to breathe.
    • Explore how your ribs move when you breathe.
    • Learn a variety of exercises to help you breathe better.
