Our full spine-length wheat bag is designed specifically to relieve tension and pain in your spine area. The Spring Spine is made of durable denim fabric and sewn with a central channel for your spine to sink into. The bag is filled with buckwheat, and has a looped handle at one end.
To use as a heat pack, warm in the microwave with a container of water (to stop the wheat catching fire) for a maximum 2.5–3min. You can also use as a cold pack after placing in the freezer for 1 hour.
