I'm 13 years old and have been seeing Tania for just over 1 year.

I had scoliosis and we wanted to find an exercise program that would strengthen my muscles, provide support, naturally and to maintain my flexibility.

Having always been uncomfortable about my back, Tania has helped make me more confident about myself as a person and how I feel about my body.

I love going to Tania's, as it is so relaxing and always leaves me feeling refreshed and relieved. I can't wait for the many lessons yet to come.

I have now had spinal fusion surgery and after just four weeks my physiotherapist allowed me to go back to see Tania because I was doing so well. The physio dept. were really impressed with my speedy recovery and all commented that my core strength, from my years Pilates, was one of the best things I could have done for my back.

I have had problems with my back for many years. I would regularly seek help from an osteopath or chiropractor but I felt as if they were not attending to the bigger issues.

I heard about Tania through my daughters dance teacher. My daughter and I both met Tania, at Hearts and Bones, and we have been having classes for over 12 months.

I love the relaxed atmosphere of the studio and the methods that Tania teaches. She has amazing knowledge of the body and techniques that help ease any issues with my body and I have seen how she has helped my daughter get through a very tough time in her life. After an hours exercise, I feel energised and strong and I can do maintenance exercises at home if I need to.

Since beginning Pilates with Tania, I no longer need any other treatment for my back, I feel more 'at one' with my body and have an increased awareness of my positioning, posture and ability to maintain my own health.

I have been coming to Tania for Pilates sessions for over 5 years now.

When I started with Tania I was wanting to help improve my posture and core strength to help alleviate back pain and other associated problems resulting from my scoliosis.

Over this time she has helped me do both these things. Tania teaching is thoughtful and pro-active. She tailors each session according to what is "going-on" in your body and by doing so helps the body deconstruct bad patterns/habits and reconstruct healthy ones, whilst taking care to look after the body as a whole.

Her vast knowledge and lateral thinking allows her to approach her teaching from many different angles and giving the best possible options in finding a workable formula for each person. This has certainly been my experience. I have reached levels of improvement and sustainability well beyond my expectations.

Tania never tires of giving the best of herself and her knowledge and I look forward to seeing continued improvements because of that.
